DURHAM – Leading in today’s workplace isn't easy. Successful leaders must now be well-rounded professionals able to conquer any challenge thrown their way.

University of New Hampshire Professional Development & Training will host its annual conference for managers, supervisors, project and team leaders at the Wentworth by the Sea in New Castle on Monday, March 11 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The program, “The Resilient Leader,” will feature eight presentations that dive into traits and attributes required of all managers, supervisors, and project managers for leadership success.

Presented by industry experts Gina Abudi, Tess George, Amy Wood and Tammy Jordan, topics will include integrating emotional intelligence, cultivating your social support network, mindfully managing your time, communicating and connecting, and creating an authentic purpose-driven culture.
