AI for Decision-Making & Strategic Thinking

AI isn't going to make your hard decisions for you. But it can be a sharp thinking partner — one that doesn't get tired, doesn't have an agenda, and will argue with you if you ask it to.

This workshop is about using AI to pressure-test your thinking. We'll cover techniques for evaluating options (pros/cons that aren't superficial), surfacing assumptions you didn't realize you were making, stress-testing a plan before you commit to it, and getting a second opinion on a decision when you don't have a peer to ask.

You'll bring a real decision — something you're working through at work, a strategic question, a hiring call, whatever's actually on your plate. We'll work through it using a few different prompting approaches. You'll see where AI helps, where it nods along too easily, and how to push back when it does.

You'll leave with: A set of decision-making prompts you can return to, and a clearer sense of when AI helps and when you need a human.
