AI for Excel, Spreadsheets & Data Analysis

Spreadsheets are where most people's data lives, and where most people get stuck. You have a CSV someone sent you, a tab with 8,000 rows, and a question you need to answer by Friday.

This workshop covers the practical side: cleaning messy data without writing formulas by hand, getting AI to explain what a complicated spreadsheet is actually doing, generating pivot tables and charts from a plain-English description, and turning a wall of numbers into a short summary an executive will actually read. We'll use Excel with Copilot, and ChatGPT and Claude as analysis partners alongside it.

You'll bring (or use) a real dataset. We'll work through it together. You'll see exactly where AI accelerates the work, where it makes things up, and how to tell the difference.

You'll leave with: A repeatable approach for handling new datasets, plus templates for common analysis tasks (variance analysis, summarization, formula generation).
