Based on the National Institute of Health’s 2022 report, Suicide Resilience: A Concept Analysis, this workshop will equip you with practical strategies and hands-on activities to foster resilience in your classroom or school community. This workshop is rooted in the principles of the Full Value Commitment, a cornerstone of building strong, supportive communities that help individuals thrive.

  • The Five Factors of Resilience as outlined in the 2022 NIH report, and how they contribute to reducing the risk of suicide.
  • Experiential Activities that connect resilience factors to your classroom practices.
