This course has been approved for 6 SHRM PDCs

A well designed compensation program plays a critical role in attracting, retaining, and engaging talent. It also motivates employee development. Compensation can show up in many forms including salary, bonus, benefits, perks and recognition programs. Whether you are designing a program from scratch or updating your existing structure, it’s important to look at compensation holistically. Aligning your compensation philosophy with Senior Leadership and your company culture will effectively drive the success of your program and create an environment where employees will thrive at work. In this interactive class you will learn:

  • The connection between compensation, culture and employee success
  • What is total compensation?
  • What do you need to consider when designing a compensation program?
  • What is your role?
  • What is the manager’s role?
  • Tools & resources
  • How to implement & monitor

In addition, we will share best practices and examples from other companies and from our own experiences, and you will leave the class with a framework to create or refresh your compensation program.
