Debbie Zimmermann's career as a Human Resources professional began 25 years ago and includes 10 years as a Global Senior HR Business Partner. Debbie has experience working for start-ups and large corporations in San Francisco, CA and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Debbie has been fortunate to work in diverse industries such as Software, Biotechnology and Insurance Services. Debbie is currently employed as a Partner, Senior HR Consultant and Wellness Coach at Human Resources-ROI in Portsmouth, NH. Debbie graduated from the University of NH with a B.S. in Business Administration and minor in Psychology. She also completed her Masters Certificate in the Human Resource field from Southern NH University. She is a trained facilitator in a number of leadership programs and team building assessments. In addition, she is a Nationally certified Group Fitness Instructor. For the past 30 years, she has been designing and teaching group exercise classes for a broad range of fitness levels. Debbie also has experience as a personal trainer and wellness coach. She is the Diversity Director for the Seacoast Human Resources Associate (SHRA) through SHRM, and a member of the local Chamber of Commerce Associations in Portsmouth and Dover NH. She is the former President and Vice President of the Marin Human Resource Association in San Francisco.
