Meetings That Matter: Stop Meeting. Start Deciding.

Meetings That Matter: Stop Meeting. Start Deciding.
group discussing ideas

Meetings are one of the most common—and often most misused—tools in the workplace. They can help organizations share information, solve problems, build relationships, and make decisions. But poorly planned or poorly facilitated meetings can waste time, frustrate employees, delay decisions, and undermine productivity. The solution isn't simply to have fewer meetings; it's to make the meetings you do have matter.

Meetings That Matter™ is an interactive, practical workshop designed to help professionals rethink how they use meetings as a leadership and organizational tool. Participants will learn how to determine whether a meeting is actually necessary, establish a clear objective, select the right participants, prepare effectively, facilitate productive discussion, navigate challenging meeting behaviors, create an environment where people can speak honestly, and turn discussion into clear decisions and action.

Through hands-on exercises, real-world scenarios, and practical tools, participants will apply these concepts to their own workplace meetings. Participants will leave with strategies they can immediately use to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of their meetings—and a plan to transform at least one real meeting in their organization.
