The Power of AI for Project Management

Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how work gets done, and project management is no exception. From drafting project plans to identifying risks and improving stakeholder communication, AI tools can augment a project manager’s effectiveness without replacing their judgment. This workshop introduces AI not as a buzzword, but as a practical assistant that can save time, reduce cognitive load, and enhance decision quality.

Participants will explore how AI can support core project management functions such as scope definition, scheduling, risk assessment, and reporting. Through real-world examples and guided exercises, attendees will learn how to prompt AI tools effectively, evaluate outputs critically, and integrate these tools into existing workflows.
