Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT & Claude

Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT & Claude
AI generator prompt with robot icon and laptop. Interface for creating content using AI generator technology illustration

Prompt engineering sounds technical. It isn't. It's the difference between asking a useful question and asking a vague one, and it's the single biggest reason some people get great results from AI and others get mush.

We'll work through the patterns that consistently work — giving the model a role, showing it examples, breaking complex requests into steps, telling it what not to do. You'll write prompts during the session, see what comes back, and revise them in real time. Half the workshop is hands-on practice, because reading about prompting doesn't teach you prompting.

We'll also cover the differences between ChatGPT and Claude — they handle long documents differently, have different defaults, and respond differently to certain phrasings. Knowing this saves you from blaming the AI when the issue is the prompt.

You'll leave with: A prompt template you can adapt for almost any work task, and the muscle memory to fix prompts that aren't working.
Good for: Anyone who's gotten frustrated when AI gives them garbage and isn't sure why.
