From Prompts to Workflows: Build Repeatable AI Systems

Most people use AI one prompt at a time — type a question, get an answer, move on. This workshop is about the next step: chaining prompts together into a process you run the same way every time. Think weekly client reports, candidate screening notes, content briefs, contract reviews. Anything you do more than twice is a candidate.

We'll build one workflow together during the session, from scratch, using a task someone in the room actually does at work. You'll see the messy first version, the refinements, and the finished version that takes a quarter of the time. Then you'll start building your own.
This is the workshop where AI stops being a curiosity and starts being a tool you depend on.
