Course Overview
We are all, by our very nature, storytellers. In the ways you communicate your thoughts with others, in what you tell yourself, or in how you navigate change, interpersonal dynamics, and your own fears, whether you realize it or not, you are a master at the art of story. By developing a deeper understanding of the nature of story, and how stories affect your life, both positively and negatively, you can gain greater clarity and break free of any patterns or unhealthy dynamics that seem to keep you stuck. Using journaling, mindfulness, storytelling, creativity, and guided journeying, this course will give you an opportunity to explore your own deeply held stories, as well as help you to see and navigate the web of stories around you, to create a healthier life and school environment, and a more authentic, freer you.
This course is for all educators of all grade levels.
