Armando G. Llorente

Armando G. Llorente, SHRM-SCP, is the Manager of Llorente HR Consulting LLC.   He is a bilingual, award-winning global HR executive who consults with a variety of organizations to help implement Human Resources initiatives into their overall strategy/mission and deliver results.  He accomplishes this through a variety of services ranging from creating checkpoints that validate organizational progress and/or opportunities for improvement, to coaching leadership teams (from team leaders to C-Suite.)  Armando’s global experience directing human resources teams include Clark & Lavey Benefits Solutions (now HILB,) Thermo Fisher Scientific, EMC (now DELL) and Osram Sylvania (Siemens.)  His leadership and commitment to developing/supporting employee engagement programs at EMC (now DELL) were recognized as he received the prestigious “Luminary Award” from HENAAC (Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Corporation.)  

Armando achieved his senior professional certification through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM.)  He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Plymouth State University (Plymouth, NH) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College (Spartanburg, SC.)  He also completed the Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, MI.) and The Fellows Program through The Partnership (Boston, MA.)
