Charlene DeCesare


Charlene DeCesare is a NH-based sales advisor with more than 30 years of experience building successful sales organizations around the world. In addition to helping other companies grow, she is also co-managing a family business that places temporary labor in the construction trades. Charlene also works on a contract basis as a sales coach and facilitator with the research-based training firm, RAIN Group.

 

Charlene has a B.S. in Communications from Emerson College and an M.B.A. in Sales & Marketing from Rivier University. She recently earned her D.B.A. (Doctor of Business Administration) from Johnson & Wales University, where her research examined impostor experiences among B2B sales professionals and the workplace dynamics that influence them. She is also the author of The Email Cemetery: Where Bad Sales Emails Go to Die & How to Resuscitate Yours.
