Dr. Brent Powell

Brent Powell, Founder & Executive Director of the Design Challenge Network

A career educator and nonprofit leader, Brent has taught in New York, Baltimore, Switzerland, and New Hampshire. He brings expertise in project and problem-based learning, and his students participated in the very first New Hampshire high school Design Challenge held at UNH in 2016.  Brent holds a Doctorate in Education from Northeastern University where his research focuses on student agency, engagement, skill-development, and wellbeing.  He is also Founder and Executive Director of the Design Challenge Network.
