Erica D'Eramo

Erica D’Eramo is a PCC-credentialed executive coach, organizational development consultant, coach educator, mentor coach, and founder of Two Piers Consulting, PBC. She works with leaders, teams, and organizations navigating growth, change, complexity, and high-accountability environments.

Before founding Two Piers, Erica spent two decades in the energy industry in roles spanning engineering, operations, enterprise risk, finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Much of her career was spent in remote and offshore environments where leadership, communication, trust, and sound decision-making had immediate consequences. Today, she brings that practical operating experience to her coaching, consulting, and coach education work.

Erica holds the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Her background also includes prior SHRM-SCP certification. She is an instructor and mentor coach with the UNH Professional Coaching Program and hosts the Two Piers Podcast, which explores leadership, work, organizational systems, coaching, and the human side of doing meaningful work.

Erica lives in mid-coast Maine with her husband, four cats, and a flock of chickens.
