Nick Mian

Nick Mian, Ph.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Massachusetts and Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of New Hampshire, Manchester campus. Nick completed his doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School and did a postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston University. At UNH, Nick teaches classes in child development, mental health, counseling, and child clinical psychology. His research focuses on the early identification, assessment, and treatment of anxiety disorders in children. His scholarly work is featured in peer-reviewed journals and several books. In his private practice, Nick specializes in emotional disorders in children, as well parent guidance.
