IMPORTANT NOTICE: This is traditionally a face-to-face classroom training program, but the April/May session will be held online in response to UNH's current recommendations for distance learning due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
This course is designed specifically for those preparing to take the Auditing & Attestation (AUD) section of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Exam.
The six session program will focus on auditing procedures, generally accepted auditing standards, and other standards related to attest engagements and the skills needed to apply that knowledge.

Enrollment in this program includes access to Wiley CPAexcel CPA Gold AUD Review Course 2020 for three months to further facilitate your preparation for taking the CPA Exam. To continue your studies after the course has concluded, enrolled students will be given the opportunity to purchase the Wiley CPAexcel Platinum self-study course at a deep discount.
This classroom program will meet on Tuesdays (4/21/20, 4/28/20, 5/5/20, 5/12/20, 5/19/20 & 5/26/20) from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at UNH at Manchester. In person attendance is strongly recommended, however enrolled participants unable to make it to class will be able to join the classroom remotely via Zoom. Note that classroom material is not recorded and will only be available to stream during scheduled class times.

Kimberly is an Assistant Professor of Accounting, and has taught a variety of courses including Financial, Managerial, Intermediate, and Nonprofit/Governmental accounting, as well as Fraud Examination. A graduate of Providence College, she has her MS in Financial Crime and Compliance Management from Utica College, and is currently pursuing her doctorate at Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. Kimberly has also been a consultant for almost twenty years, assisting businesses with a variety of accounting and financial forensic related matters.
