Women have unique strengths when it comes to leadership ability. Professional Development and Training at the University of New Hampshire will guide women to use these strengths to become the best leader they can in the workplace during the Lead Like a Woman: Women’s Leadership Retreat on April 18 and 19 at The Brown Center in Durham.
Designed for women, by women, the two-day intensive program will look at research-based as well as field-tested approaches to women’s leadership and discuss women’s strengths and how they align with an organization’s model for leadership.
Participants will identify individual strengths applying to work/life, explore unique female attributes key to leading constructively in an increasingly complex world, discover beliefs that limit future plans, and practice ways to renew energy and sustain focus on a daily basis.
This program has been updated to incorporate the lessons of the #MeToo movement and its impact on the workplace.
Retreat leader Carlotta Tyler M.S.O.D has been coaching and consulting for over three decades with previous experience as a marketing director, an elected official, and the founder of two corporations.
The retreat cost is $649 with lunch included. For more information and to register, visit women's leadership retreat or call (603) 862-7380.
