Communication and Culture

Peter Drucker is attributed with saying “Culture eats Strategy for Lunch”.  How do leaders promote intentional culture among their teams and organizations?   This workshop will provide an exploration of different approaches that highlight and focus on ways to address and raise up a conversation around culture.  Participants will learn about the concepts of touchstones, life-giving forces, organizational values and building a vision, and have opportunity to begin applying these toward their own work environments.

This workshop is designed for leaders and decision-makers positioned to impact organizational communication, to be able to implement these practical exercises across their teams and organizations.
