Educator Resilience: Practical Tools for Less Stress & More Joy

Educator Resilience: Practical Tools for Less Stress & More Joy
Educator Resilience

Education has some of the highest burnout rates, and the pressure continues to grow. Because many educators are deeply empathetic and nurturing, they often carry the emotional weight of their students and classrooms. Over time, this can lead to chronic stress, health challenges, and many talented educators leaving the profession. Stress in schools and in our lives is at an all-time high and requires new strategies, tools, and approaches.

This engaging 6-hour workshop for teachers, school counselors, and paraprofessionals offers curated, practical tools drawn from positive psychology, behavioral science, and neuroscience to help educators feel better, function better, and create healthier classrooms.

When educators understand and work with their nervous system and mindset, everything improves: stress decreases, energy and optimism increase, and classrooms become calmer and more effective learning environments.

Throughout the day, participants will learn how to shift out of stress, understand how their nervous system works, and expand their capacity to handle challenges with greater calm and confidence, while helping students do the same.

The workshop blends direct teaching with experiential activities so participants don’t just learn the tools… they FEEL the difference.

Participants will walk away with practical strategies to reduce stress, boost mood and energy, improve student behavior and engagement, and to create a more sustainable and joyful career in education.
