This is an interactive workshop for anyone involved with health and safety responsibility in their NH-based organization. The morning session will focus on OSHA and NH DOL safety regulations and requirements, along with proactive employer steps for the best work environment. The afternoon session will be spent on hands-on case studies for the best learning application. Attend to gain the resources to ensure your business has a legally compliant, effective, and comprehensive program geared towards improving safety, productivity and morale, while decreasing administrative headaches and expenses.

Amy’s background includes 20 years of Human Resources experience and five years of teaching a variety of Human Resources and Business subjects as an Adjunct Instructor at Southern NH University and at UNH. She has her own HR outsourcing and professional development business, called Human Resources ROI, LLC.
Her educational background includes a dual B.A. in Human Resources Administration and Psychology from Saint Leo University and a MBA in Global Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Southern NH University. She is currently pursuing her Social Media Marketing Graduate Certificate at SNHU, too, as social media is such a powerful, growing force in our world.
Amy maintains dual senior HR certification through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), and teaches HR certification preparation courses. She is the SHRM Foundation Chairperson for SHRA, an Ambassador for the Rochester Chamber of Commerce, and a youth soccer coach with RYSA.
