Turning Communication Difficulties into Collaboration: The Bridge Builder’s Toolkit

While we all have people in our professional and personal lives who we think of as difficult, it is not realistic to think that we can change them or their behavior.  What we can change is our own self-awareness, understanding, and approach to improve the experience and outcomes of challenging interactions.
In this workshop, we will explore the science behind our individual perceptions and preferences and how these unique characteristics of our personality show up in our interactions with others. This workshop is beneficial for anyone who is motivated to deepen their awareness and understanding of their own communication style and preferences and develop new skills and strategies to strengthen collaboration and relationships with others.
