With 12+ years of leadership experience in tech, customer support, and hospitality operations, Talia brings a unique perspective to building connection through communication, understanding both the strategic importance of authentic dialogue and the practical skills required to create it.

Throughout her career leading customer support and operations at global organizations, Talia developed her approach to connection-focused leadership. She built and scaled support operations serving thousands of customers across multiple time zones and product lines, establishing 24/7 global support models and designing systems that balanced efficiency with genuine human care. Her leadership style centered on creating environments where people felt heard and understood, whether she was coaching team members through challenges, facilitating difficult conversations between departments, or helping colleagues develop their own communication skills.
