Shiao-Ping Wang has held teaching positions at UNH, Chengdu University in China, Moravian College, PA, and Savannah College of Art, GA. She has an MFA degree in painting from Queens College, City University of New York.

Using traditional and contemporary approaches, Wang integrates a painting language that binds intuition and knowledge. Her work has been exhibited in US, China, and France, and is in numerous collections. She has been the recipient of many awards and residencies in US, France, Spain, and Canada.

Wang works at her studio in Rollinsford, NH, and is currently represented by Furchgott Soudiff Gallery in VT, George Marshall Store Gallery in York, ME, and Barn Gallery in Ogunquit, ME.
