Building a Culture of Diversity and Inclusion

This course has been approved for SHRM PDCs

Diversity widens viewpoints and takes different ideas and perspectives into account. Great leaders understand the competitive impact diversity and inclusion efforts have on an organization’s bottom line. When integrated into an organization’s long-term strategy, diversity and inclusion initiatives increase employee productivity, morale, and innovation.

But how can organizations maximize the power of diversity and inclusion?

In this seminar, participants will take an in-depth look at how to develop diversity and inclusion policies and practices and implement techniques to build more diverse and inclusive teams. This training is designed to benefit individual contributors and leaders.
