Building a Culture of Diversity and Inclusion

This course has been approved for 6.5 SHRM PDCs

2019 brought a renewed focus on the competitive impact diversity and inclusion efforts have on an organization’s bottom line. When integrated into an organization’s long-term strategy, diversity and inclusion initiatives increase employee productivity, morale, and innovation. But how can organizations maximize the power of diversity and inclusion? In this one-day seminar, participants will take an in-depth look at how to develop diversity and inclusion practices from a HR initiative into a corporate strategy, and implement techniques to build more diverse and inclusive teams. This seminar will be led by workforce recruitment and retention expert, Jermaine Moore, and includes an interactive session taught by UNH PowerPlay Interactive Development that will equip participants to manage healthy conflict as they work towards a more diverse and inclusive culture.
