While Sardinians have been influenced by neighboring Mediterranean cultures, they have retained a unique identity. Chef Ron has created a menu that reflects this authenticity. Vincenzo will pour tastings of Sardinian wines as he shows you striking images of this magnificent island.
This is an opportunity to enjoy a special afternoon out for a fun day of cooking and socializing that we call “Couples’ Night Out”. This part-demonstration, part hands-on class starts in the kitchen with one of our chef instructors. You will learn a variety of new techniques and skills in the kitchen during the demonstration and have opportunities throughout the approximately two hours you'll be in the kitchen to participate in preparing the gourmet dinner.
